- 1 kg of beef;
- 600 g chicken breast;
- 10 potatoes;
- 6 carrots;
- 2 jars of pickled cucumbers;
- 2 jars of donuts;
- 500 g peas
- mayonnaise:
- 5 raw yolks,
- 5 boiled yolks,
- a tablespoon of mustard,
- lemon juice,
- a little mineral water,
- salt,
- oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Beef salad:
- I washed the potatoes, cleaned the carrots, then put them separately in boiled water.
- I put the peas in boiling water.
- I washed the meat, cut it into larger pieces and boiled it in different dishes.
- In the meantime, I chopped the cucumbers and donuts, then drained them and started making mayonnaise.
- I cut the meat into small pieces, as well as the cooked vegetables.
- I mixed the vegetables with the meat, I added salt and mayonnaise.
- I put it in 4 large pots and decorated it.
