  • 1 kg of beef;
  • 600 g chicken breast;
  • 10 potatoes;
  • 6 carrots;
  • 2 jars of pickled cucumbers;
  • 2 jars of donuts;
  • 500 g peas
  • mayonnaise:
  • 5 raw yolks,
  • 5 boiled yolks,
  • a tablespoon of mustard,
  • lemon juice,
  • a little mineral water,
  • salt,
  • oil

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes


  • I washed the potatoes, cleaned the carrots, then put them separately in boiled water.

  • I put the peas in boiling water.

  • I washed the meat, cut it into larger pieces and boiled it in different dishes.

  • In the meantime, I chopped the cucumbers and donuts, then drained them and started making mayonnaise.

  • I cut the meat into small pieces, as well as the cooked vegetables.

  • I mixed the vegetables with the meat, I added salt and mayonnaise.

  • I put it in 4 large pots and decorated it.
