It's really simple and good!
I took the puff pastry out of the freezer and left it at room temperature for a few hours.
I opened it and cut it into the shape of a plate (the size I wanted). I made holes with a fork so that it wouldn't swell. I used the rest of the puff pastry for vol-au-vent.
I washed a large apple and watered it with a little lemon juice so that it does not oxidize, I cut it into thin slices and placed it around the puff pastry. Then I put a few tablespoons of jam in the middle. I covered with apple slices one above the other.
I put 2 tablespoons of sugar on top of the apple slices and a little cinnamon.
I put it in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes for a colored effect, then I lowered the temperature to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes, to bake in the middle.
I powdered powdered sugar on top.
I served it hot and cold! It is also served with a scoop of ice cream if we want, very light and good!
